SysPulse does not collect, store, or transmit your personal files or personal content.
The application runs locally on your Windows PC and monitors system metadata such as process names and paths, USB events, startup changes, and CPU/RAM/disk activity. SysPulse does not access or upload your personal files.
SysPulse requires an active internet connection each time it is launched to verify the license. This license verification is required even if the license was successfully verified during a previous launch. After license verification is completed, system monitoring runs locally on your PC.
When Telegram alerts are enabled, SysPulse sends alert information to your configured Telegram account through Telegram's HTTPS API. An active internet connection is required for these alerts to be delivered. SysPulse does not have access to your private Telegram conversations.
SysPulse may record detected system events in its local log file, such as process activity, USB events, startup changes, and system resource alerts. These logs remain on your PC unless you choose to share them yourself.
SysPulse communicates with its license verification service when the application is launched. This communication is used to verify the validity of your license and is required for the application to start monitoring. License verification does not provide SysPulse with access to your personal files.
